A. Our offices range from 133 sq ft for one or two people up to 1,065 sq ft for around 25 people. We can help you find the right office size and layout for your team.
Q. What is included in the cost of an office?
A. The monthly fee includes rent, utilities, high-speed internet, reception services, building maintenance, cleaning and security. Customers also benefit from free parking, business support and networking events.
Q. Can I scale my space as my business grows?
A. Yes. Whether you are expanding or need to consolidate, our flexible agreements make it straightforward to move into a larger or smaller space within the building. Many of our occupiers have grown through multiple offices here.
Q. What notice period is required?
A. Notice periods from one month are available. You are never locked into arrangements that no longer suit your business.
Q. Can I customise my office layout?
A. Yes. We work with you to create a layout that suits how your team works, whether that is open plan, studio style or with private focus zones.
